Dr. Amarachi Eseonu joins our Virginia region with significant experience in medical and surgical dermatology, specializing in Mohs skin cancer removal.
Dr. Amarachi Eseonu earned her undergraduate degree at Harvard University and her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore Maryland and served as Chief Resident in Dermatology. She also completed a Fellowship in Transplant Dermatology and Cutaneous Oncology at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Eseonu then completed a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard.
Dr. Eseonu is widely published and respected in her field. She is a former winner of the Johns Hopkins Nurse Judy Warson Award for Excellence in Patient Care and she looks forward to delivering the highest standards of Mohs skin cancer surgical patient care possible to patients in the Virginia region.
