Board-certified dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon for skin cancer, Dr. Jennifer Powers practices all areas of medical and surgical dermatology. She most recently served as an Associate Professor, Dermatology at the University of Iowa and as a Professor at Duke University. She earned her undergraduate degree at Harvard College in Massachusetts, earned her medical degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. and completed her dermatology residency at Boston University.
Dr. Powers completed her Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, an extra year of specialized training in skin cancer treatment and reconstruction.
She is a widely published scholar in her field and is looking forward to serving the patients of Pinnacle with individualized, compassionate skin care.
