Sarah Lund Peterson is a board certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in dermatology. She practiced dermatology in the Chicago suburbs since graduation in 2007 before she relocated back to her home state in Minnesota. She is highly trained in medical, surgical and cosmetic services. Sarah provides personalized, comprehensive skin care to adults and children.
Sarah was born and raised in Minnesota, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College. She then obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Sarah quickly discovered her love of dermatology and dermatologic procedures, and has been in the field for her entire career. Sarah manages a full spectrum of dermatology conditions including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and warts. She especially enjoys surgical and cosmetic procedures.
Sarah is Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and licensed to practice in Minnesota. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (ISDPA). Sarah enjoys attending conferences and continuing her education in order to stay up to date on the latest treatment options and advances in the field.
Sarah lives in Minneapolis area with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys being active outdoors with her family, travel, and golf.
